Large attachments being blocked by ForeFront for Exchange Server (2007)

I recently had an issue where ForeFront was blocking large messages (>26MB).  I was unable to find any documentation regarding the issue, so I put a call into Microsoft Premier Support.  This was their answer (and it worked):

Go to Regedit -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Forefront Server Security\Exchange Server\
add DWORD Key of: MaxUnCompressedFileSize with a value of 200,000,000 decimal
- Add  regkey: MaxCompressedArchivedFileSize of 40000000
- Restart FSCController service
