Exchange Versions

How do you tell which version of Exchange is installed on your Exchange server?  Check in the Exchange Management Console by going to Help About and compare the version to the versions below.  Unfortunately, I have not come up with a method for using PowerShell to pull the version number.  You have to use the GUI while logged into the Exchange server in question.
